Integral Gas Feed

The integral gas feed, optional in model EL3020, comes in two versions:

1. Version 1: Includes solenoid valve, pump, coarse filter, capillary tube, and flow sensor modules.
2. Version 2: Consists of the flow sensor module only.

Housing Design

• EL3020 Gas Analyzer Model: Features a 19-inch housing with 3 height units (4 height units with Magnos27) and IP rating IP20 (IP40 in the emissions monitoring version).
• EL3040 Gas Analyzer Model: Designed as a wall-mount housing with a degree of protection IP65.

Test Gas Supply

• 3/2-way Solenoid Valve:
  • Power Consumption: Approximately 3 W
  • Materials: PVDF, FPM
• Magnetic Piston Pump:
  • Feed Rate: Maximum 60 l/h, depending on the analyzer type and inlet/outlet pressure
  • Flow Rate: Adjustable
  • Power Consumption: Approximately 10 W
  • Materials: PVDF, EPDM, stainless steel 1.4571
• Flow Monitor (Miniature Flow Sensor):
  • Materials: Al2O3, silicon, gold, GRP

Sample Gas Inlet Conditions

• The integral gas feed modules are not suitable for measuring flammable gases or ignitable gas/air or gas/oxygen mixtures.
• Temperature Range: +5°C to +45°C
• The sample gas dew point should be at least 5°C below the lowest temperature throughout the sample gas path. A sample gas cooler or condensate trap is required otherwise.
• Flow Rate: 30 to 60 l/h
• Corrosive Gases: Corrosive associated gas components and aerosols must be cooled or undergo prior absorption.

Note: The integral gas feed cannot be used with internal gas lines made of stainless steel or PTFE pipes. It is not compatible with Limas23, Magnos27, ZO23, or Fidas2
