Pre-Operation Preparation

Power Connection

Connect the positive and negative terminals of the power cable to the corresponding “Power In” terminals on the T8448 (strictly follow the polarity marking on the device). Tighten the terminal screws to ensure a secure connection without loose wires. After connection, visually inspect the wiring to confirm no wrong connections or short circuits exist.

Signal Wiring

Shutdown Operation

When the operation needs to be stopped, first send a stop command via the monitoring system or press the “Stop” button on the device panel. Wait until the output signal returns to the zero or standby state, then turn off the main power switch of the power supply system. If the device needs to be maintained or overhauled, disconnect the power supply and wait for the internal capacitors to discharge completely (usually 5-10 minutes) before proceeding.

Post-Operation Maintenance

After shutdown, clean the surface of the T8448 with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust and debris. Check the tightness of all terminal screws and re-tighten if any looseness is found. Inspect the cables for aging, cracking, or damage and replace them if necessary. Store the device in a dry, well-ventilated environment if it is not to be used for a long time, avoiding contact with corrosive gases or liquids.
