T8448 Operation Steps

  1. Pre-Operation Preparation

Ensure the T8448 device is placed on a stable, flat surface free from vibration and direct sunlight. Check that the power supply voltage matches the device’s rated voltage (refer to the nameplate) and confirm all connecting cables (signal cables, power cables) are intact without damage or loose connectors. Prepare necessary tools such as a screwdriver, wire stripper, and a calibrated multimeter for subsequent testing.

  1. Power Connection

Turn off the main power switch of the power supply system to avoid electric shock during connection. Connect the positive and negative terminals of the power cable to the corresponding “Power In” terminals on the T8448 (strictly follow the polarity marking on the device). Tighten the terminal screws to ensure a secure connection without loose wires. After connection, visually inspect the wiring to confirm no wrong connections or short circuits exist.

  1. Signal Wiring

According to the application requirements, connect the input signal cables (e.g., sensor signals, analog signals) to the “Input” terminals of the T8448, and the output signal cables (e.g., control signals for external actuators) to the “Output” terminals. When the operation needs to be stopped, first send a stop command via the monitoring system or press the “Stop” button on the device panel. Wait until the output signal returns to the zero or standby state, then turn off the main power switch of the power supply system. If the device needs to be maintained or overhauled, disconnect the power supply and wait for the internal capacitors to discharge completely (usually 5-10 minutes) before proceeding.
