Wiring Methods for T8110B

  1. Pre-Wiring Preparation

Before wiring, ensure the T8110B module is powered off and disconnected from the main circuit; confirm that the wiring tools (such as screwdrivers, wire strippers) are insulated and in good condition, and check that the input/output signals, power supply, and grounding cables meet the module’s technical specifications.

  1. Power Supply Wiring

Connect the positive terminal of the DC power supply (typically 24VDC, refer to the product manual for details) to the “V+” power terminal of the T8110B, and the negative terminal to the “V-” terminal; ensure the power polarity is correct to avoid module damage, and use cables with appropriate cross-sectional area (recommended 1.0-1.5mm²) for stable power transmission.

  1. Input Wiring

For digital input signals: Connect the signal source (e.g., sensors, limit switches) to the corresponding digital input terminals of the T8110B; if using a sinking input type, connect the signal source’s negative terminal to the input terminal and the positive terminal to the power supply’s positive terminal. For analog input signals (if applicable), use shielded cables to connect the analog sensor to the analog input terminals, and connect the shield layer to the module’s grounding terminal to reduce interference.

  1. Output Wiring

For relay output: Connect the load (e.g., contactors, indicators) to the normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) terminals of the relay according to the control requirements, and connect the other end of the load to the power supply terminal; ensure the load current does not exceed the maximum rated current of the relay output. After completing all wiring, recheck the correctness of each connection (polarity, terminal correspondence, cable tightness), confirm no short circuits or loose connections exist; then conduct an insulation resistance test between the power supply, input/output terminals, and ground, and only power on the module after passing the test.
