Safety Precautions

1.1 General Safety

1.2 Electrical Safety

Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the T115-0005 (see technical specifications) before power-on.

Disconnect the power supply and wait for at least 5 minutes to discharge residual electricity before performing wiring, inspection, or maintenance.

Use insulated tools during electrical operations to prevent electric shock.

Verify that the grounding connection is secure and meets industrial safety standards.

1.3 Environmental Safety

Operate the equipment in an environment with a temperature range of -10℃~+60℃ and relative humidity ≤85% (non-condensing).

Avoid installing or using the equipment in areas with flammable, explosive, corrosive gases, or excessive dust.

Ensure adequate ventilation around the equipment to prevent overheating.

Installation

2.1 Pre-Installation Check

Inspect the equipment for transportation damage (e.g., cracks, loose components) upon receipt.

Verify that the product model (T115-0005) and accessories are consistent with the order and delivery list.

Check the integrity of cables, connectors, and fasteners.

2.2 Mechanical Installation

Mount the T115-0005 on a stable, flat surface using the provided mounting holes and fasteners (torque specification: 8-10 N·m).

Ensure the installation surface can withstand the equipment’s weight (see technical specifications) and operating vibration.

Maintain a minimum clearance of 15cm around the equipment for heat dissipation and maintenance.

2.3 Electrical Wiring

Connect control signal cables (e.g., position command, enable signal) to the designated input/output terminals; use shielded cables to reduce electromagnetic interference.

Ensure cable connections are tight and free of loose contacts; arrange cables neatly to avoid tangling or mechanical stress.

Operation Instructions

3.1 Power-On Procedure

Confirm all wiring is correct and secure.

Turn on the main power switch; the power indicator (PWR) will illuminate green.

Wait for the equipment to complete self-test (approximately 3 seconds); the ready indicator (RDY) will light up when self-test is successful.

3.2 Control Modes

The T115-0005 supports two control modes; switch between modes via the mode selector switch or software configuration:

Position Control Mode: Receive pulse/direction signals from the controller to achieve precise position positioning. Set the electronic gear ratio via the front-panel buttons or communication interface as needed.

Speed Control Mode: Adjust the output speed via analog voltage (0-10V) or communication commands; the speed range is 0~3000 rpm (adjustable).

3.3 Basic Operation

3.3.1 Starting the Equipment

In Position Control Mode: Send position command signals from the controller; the equipment will operate to the target position and stop automatically.

In Speed Control Mode: Input the desired speed signal (analog or digital); the equipment will start running at the set speed.

Press the “START” button on the front panel or send the start command via the communication interface to activate the equipment.

3.3.2 Stopping the Equipment

Normal stop: Press the “STOP” button or send the stop command; the equipment will decelerate to a stop smoothly.
