Electrical Specifications

Single-ended input range (vs. I/O RTN): –12.5 to +15.5 VDC per input
Differential input impedance: > 300 kΩ
Single-ended input impedance: > 150 kΩ
Recommended full-scale differential input range: ±10 V
Maximum differential input range (for noise/overshoot): ±12 V

Default Configuration & Behavior

Default input mapping: ±10 V corresponds to ±Ipeak or ±maximum velocity (depends on OpMode)
Polarity: Positive ANA CMD → clockwise torque (when viewing motor shaft from front)
Default NV Parameter settings:
- CmdGain: Calibrated for ±10 V range
- CmdOffset: 0 V
- CmdF0 (low pass filter bandwidth): 1500 Hz

Configuration Adjustments

Adjustable via PC setup software: Offset (CmdOffset), Gain (CmdGain, includes polarity), Low pass filter bandwidth (CmdF0)
Motor rotation direction adjustment:
1. Swap ANA CMD input connections (J4-24 ↔ J4-25)
2. Change sign of CmdGain NV Parameter

Wiring Requirements

Mandatory connection: I/O RTN (J4-26) to source’s signal ground (erratic operation may occur if omitted)
Both J4-24 and J4-25 must be wired
Single-ended operation: Connect unused input to source’s signal ground
Best practice: Use a dedicated wire for unused input-to-source ground connection (ensures signal fidelity)

S200 SynqNet Series Drive Special Note

Do NOT use serial connector/cable for communication
Required cable: SynqNet cable (for drive-to-SynqNet motion controller communication)
Critical reminder: Selecting “Serial” instead of “SynqNet” in S200Tools Communication Wizard will result in missing SynqNet Options tab under Drive Setup (drive may still appear configured in the interface)
