- PR6423/002-001-CN eddy current sensor
Working based on the principle of eddy current effect: high-frequency current is passed through the coil at the end of the probe, generating an alternating magnetic field. When it approaches the metal surface, eddy currents are induced, and the distance between the probe and the object being measured is accurately measured by detecting changes in the magnetic field
Non contact measurement, avoiding wear and interference with the movement of the measured object
Thread specification: M35 (represented by “001” in the model)
Standard range: 0-2mm (peak to peak), linearity error ≤ 1.0%
Sensitivity: 8V/mm, capable of capturing micrometer level vibration changes
- CON021 signal converter
Amplify, linearize, and convert the weak AC signal generated by the sensor into a standard output signal (such as -4V to -20V or 4-20mA)
Built in gain adjustment potentiometer, supporting on-site calibration and sensitivity fine-tuning
Frequency response range: 0-20000Hz, rise time<15 μ s, capable of accurately capturing high-speed vibration signals
