working principle

Working based on the principle of electromagnetic induction (eddy current): The internal coil of the sensor generates a high-frequency alternating magnetic field. When it is close to a conductive material (such as a shaft), eddy currents are induced on the surface of the material. The eddy current reaction causes a change in the impedance of the coil. The distance between the sensor and the measured object is accurately calculated by measuring the impedance change.
