Up to six identical modules can be paralleled to expand system power capacity for ultra-large-power transmission requirements. Integrated multiple protection functions include over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature, short-circuit detection; it will immediately block drive pulses once fault conditions are detected to safeguard internal power semiconductors and upstream and downstream equipment. The module carries IP00 protection grade, which means it must be installed inside a qualified protective cabinet and cannot be exposed directly to external dust, moisture or mechanical impact. Its operating ambient temperature ranges from 0 °C to +45 °C for normal continuous operation, storage temperature spans -20 °C to +70 °C. Internal monitoring sensors collect real-time temperature and electrical status data and transmit diagnostic information to the upper-level PECe controller for system alarm and status feedback. The mechanical structure is engineered for stable rack-mount fixing, and relevant marine-grade environmental tests have been passed to satisfy vibration and humidity requirements of shipboard automation environments. It complies with CE and relevant industrial EMC standards for high-power power conversion devices.
