1. Pre-Diagnostic Safety
Critical Precautions:
- De-energize VME chassis and disconnect all I/O (EN 60204-1 compliance)
- Verify board revision: “0173” denotes 1GB DDR2 RAM + Xilinx XC5VLX30T FPGA
