- Board Appearance: Check the surface of the MVME340B board for physical damage, such as cracks on the circuit board, falling off of components (resistors, capacitors, integrated circuits), or deformation of pins. Pay special attention to the solder joints of key components; if there are signs of solder joint cracking or oxidation, mark them for further inspection.
- Connector & Interface: Inspect the parallel IO connectors (including input/output ports and power connectors) on the board. Check if the pins are bent, rusted, or loose. Ensure that the connector shells are intact and the locking mechanisms work normally.
- Indicator Lights: After powering on the board (if conditions permit), observe the status indicator lights (power indicator, signal transmission indicator, fault alarm indicator) on the MVME340B. The normal power indicator should be steady on; the signal indicator should flash synchronously with signal transmission; the fault indicator should be off. Avoid using high-pressure air to prevent component damage or dust from entering the internal gaps of components.
- Stain Cleaning: For stubborn stains (such as oil stains) on the board surface, dip a lint-free cleaning cloth in a small amount of anhydrous ethanol (concentration ≥99.5%), wring it out, and gently wipe the stained area. Do not let the cleaning liquid flow into the gaps of components to avoid short-circuiting. After cleaning, wait for the ethanol to fully volatilize before powering on the board.
