The built-in power unit inside JB3 junction box accepts wide-range AC input of 100-240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, 0.6 A and provides stabilized 24 VDC output for the MRU-E sensing core. The motion sensor achieves static roll-pitch RMS accuracy of 0.03°, dynamic 1-sigma accuracy reaches 0.010°, real-time heave RMS accuracy is 5 cm or 5 % whichever is greater, delayed heave RMS accuracy can reach 1 cm or 1 %. Maximum data output rate hits 200 Hz to support high-speed dynamic motion tracking. Rich communication interfaces are available including 10/100 Mbps Ethernet, RS-232 and RS-422 serial ports; the junction box also supports configurable analog 0-10 V or 4-20 mA signal output for connection with legacy marine control systems. Supported standard protocols cover NMEA 0183, NMEA 2000 and UDP-IP for data sharing with ship-borne automation systems. The enclosure adopts robust cast-aluminum housing with IP66 environmental protection grade, capable of resisting splashing seawater, damp salt-spray marine atmosphere. Operating temperature range extends from -25 °C to +70 °C; storage temperature ranges -40 °C to +85 °C; non-condensing relative humidity tolerance reaches up to 95 %. Mechanical mounting supports bulkhead or panel installation via flange holes on housing. It carries type approvals from DNV, ABS, BV, CCS and other classification societies to satisfy marine safety requirements. Internal self-diagnostic functions continuously monitor sensor health status, power condition and communication links and output fault alarm signals. Solid-state MEMS construction has no moving mechanical parts, lowering routine maintenance work on board vessels.
