Procedure for operating the Bosch Rexroth MHD112B-024-PP1-BN servo motor
1. Pre-Operation Checklist
Safety Requirements:
- Disconnect main power (EN 60204-1 Lockout/Tagout compliance)

Cable Routing:

4. First Run Procedure
- Jog Test:
- Enable drive in “Torque Mode” (10% rated current)
- Verify rotation direction (CW when viewed from shaft)
- Encoder Alignment:
- Use IndraWorks to set electrical angle offset (EEPROM stored)
- Full Operation:
- Gradual ramp-up to 3000rpm (allow 5min for bearing run-in)
5. Status Monitoring
