This communication pack provides 6 galvanically isolated serial channels, supporting RS-232, RS-422 and RS-485 half-duplex interfaces with software-selectable baud rates ranging from 300 baud up to 115200 baud. It implements Modbus RTU master and slave modes as well as ASCII serial protocols. Dual RJ45 10/100 Mbps auto-negotiation Ethernet ports are equipped for redundant IONet network connection to avoid single-point communication failure. Each serial channel features 2500 VAC RMS isolation between field side and backplane circuit for noise suppression in heavy-interference industrial environments. Multiple front-panel LED diagnostic indicators deliver real-time status feedback for power, link and serial channel activity to simplify on-site troubleshooting. The module is designed for rack-mount installation inside control cabinets, tolerates 5 %-95 % non-condensing relative humidity, and complies with UL, CE and CSA industrial certifications. It mates with matched serial terminal boards for field wiring, supports seamless integration into Mark VIe control platform, and fulfills data-conversion and inter-device communication requirements for gas-turbine and steam-turbine control loops。
