Input Specifications
It supports 10 isolated analog input channels for field instrument connection. Accepts 4-20 mA current loop signals and 1-5 VDC voltage signals from transmitters. This terminal board accommodates 2-wire, 3-wire and 4-wire field transmitters. Backplane side receives digital processed data and working power supply 24 VDC ±10% from matched IS220PAIC I/O module. Integrated surge and over-voltage protection circuits are implemented on each input channel to suppress industrial field interference. Terminal blocks accept wire gauge ranging from 14 AWG to 22 AWG for field cable termination.
Output Specifications
It provides 2 configurable analog output channels. Output signal modes support 4-20 mA or 0-20 mA current output for driving field positioners and analog indicators. Output loop power is sourced from the mating I/O card. Fault status of analog output loops is fed back to Mark VI controller through internal multi-pin connectors. No local analog signal processing is completed on this terminal board; all conversion and computation tasks are finished by paired IS220PAIC electronic moduleGK-DCS.
