Description

Pre-Operation Preparation

1.3 Ensure the working environment meets requirements: temperature 0–40°C, humidity ≤85% RH (non-condensing), and no flammable or corrosive substances nearby.

1.4 Check that all peripheral components (e.g., sensors, data cables, and output modules) are properly connected and secured.

Power-On Procedure

2.1 Turn on the main power switch located on the rear panel of the unit. The power indicator light will illuminate green.

2.2 Wait for the system to initialize (approximately 30 seconds). The display screen will show the IMR6000/10 logo and system version.

2.3 Confirm that the system enters the “Standby Mode” (indicated by the “Standby” message on the display) without error codes. If an error is displayed, refer to the Troubleshooting Section before proceeding.

Parameter Setting

3.1 Press the “Menu” button on the control panel to access the parameter menu.

3.2 Navigate to the “Operation Parameters” option using the up/down arrow keys, then press “Enter”.

3.4 After setting, press “Save” to confirm. The system will return to “Standby Mode” with updated parameters.

Operational Execution

4.1 In “Standby Mode”, press the “Start” button to initiate the operation. The running indicator light will flash red.

4.2 Monitor the real-time data on the display screen (e.g., measurement values, operation status). Ensure the data is within the expected range.

4.3 During operation, do not disconnect peripheral components or power off the unit abruptly. To pause the operation temporarily, press the “Pause” button. Press “Resume” to continue.

Shutdown Procedure

5.1 After completing the operation, press the “Stop” button. The system will enter “Shutdown Preparation” (approximately 10 seconds) to save data and reset parameters.

5.2 Once the display shows “Safe to Power Off”, turn off the main power switch. The power indicator light will extinguish.

5.3 Disconnect the power cable and peripheral connections if the unit will not be used for an extended period.

Routine Maintenance

6.1 Clean the unit’s surface with a dry, lint-free cloth after each use. Do not use abrasive cleaners or water directly on the display or control panel.

6.2 Inspect cables and connectors monthly for damage or looseness. Replace damaged components immediately.

6.3 Calibrate the unit annually or after 1,000 hours of operation (whichever comes first) to ensure measurement accuracy. Refer to the Calibration Guide for detailed steps.
