Technical Specifications & Core Features
This module adopts standard 1-inch width Eurocard form factor, compatible with System 57 standard rack slot installation. It is equipped with two sets of Single Pole Change Over (SPCO) relay contacts. Each relay contact is rated at 250V AC, 5A resistive load, providing normally open and normally closed contacts for flexible external wiring configuration.
The card operates under DC supply voltage ranging from 18V to 32V DC, matched with the power supply specification of the System 57 rack.
The allowable operating temperature range is -5°C to +55°C, with relative humidity from 0% to 90% non-condensing, adapting to general indoor industrial control room environments.
Built-in hardware status monitoring circuit, the module can feedback fault state to the main control system once abnormal relay operation occurs.
It supports interconnection with all compatible signal control cards of the 5701 control system, and can be combined with multi-channel gas input cards to construct customized gas safety monitoring solutions.
The circuit board adopts anti-interference layout and complies with industrial EMC standards to avoid misoperation caused by electromagnetic interference in industrial sites.
Front panel provides clear identification for card status, and rear connector realizes bus communication and signal wiring with the rack backplane.
Hot swap is not supported; power disconnection is required before plugging and unplugging to protect backplane and circuit components.
