Function: Offers two independent SPCO relay output channels triggered via rack backplane signals from gas detection control cards. Relay operation mode can be configured as latching or non-latching, normally energized or de-energized for alarm and fault signalling. Each relay provides dry contact terminals for connection to external alarm beacons, horns, safety shutdown circuits and third-party monitoring systems. It receives status commands from System 57 main control cards through internal rack bus without extra field wiring for signal input. Screw terminal blocks accept conductors up to 2.5 mm² for field cable termination. This module adopts hot-swappable plug-in design for System 57 rack slots, enabling replacement during system maintenance without full-system power shutdown. It supports SIL-relevant safety-oriented fire-and-gas system configuration and complies with CE industrial safety standards for hazardous-area related monitoring installations。
