A button and LED indicator set on front panel provides local run-stop control, hardware reset and visual status diagnosis for operators. Its operating temperature ranges from -25 °C to +60 °C, storage temperature spans -40 °C to +85 °C, and it tolerates up to 95 % non-condensing relative humidity. The module meets RoHS environmental requirements, and its mechanical structure is optimized for standard 35 mm DIN-rail mounting. Protection grade reaches IP20 for internal cabinet installation only; direct exposure to outdoor or harsh field environment is not permitted. It complies with international EMC anti-interference standards to resist electrical noise inside industrial cabinets, and supports hot-swap replacement under redundant running conditions to simplify on-site maintenance work.
