This I/O module runs on a nominal 24 VDC power supply, with an acceptable operating voltage range from 18 VDC to 30 VDC and typical power consumption of 11 W. The metal enclosure provides strong electromagnetic shielding against marine electrical interference and has an IP20 protection rating for installation inside control cabinets. It has passed marine vibration and shock qualification tests and obtained approvals from major marine classification societies. Built-in self-diagnostic functions continuously monitor channel status, power condition and communication quality, and will trigger fault alerts once abnormal signals are detected. The module supports hot-swap operation under specified safety procedures to shorten maintenance downtime for vessels. It complies with marine EMC standards and relevant IEC rules for shipboard electrical equipment.
