Main Functions
The synchroniser achieves dynamic positive slip synchronisation to prevent reverse power risks after generator paralleling. Front panel adjustable potentiometers allow on-site setting of voltage tolerance, frequency window and breaker closing advance time for matching different circuit breakers. Multiple LED indicators display power status, synchronisation ready signal and control output status for convenient commissioning and fault diagnosis. Integrated AC input filter suppresses high-frequency interference from power electronic loads. The embedded ROCOF supervision function blocks breaker closing commands under rapid frequency fluctuation to secure grid safety. It provides breaker closing time compensation function, calculating proper advance triggering angle according to measured slip frequency. The compact DIN rail housing saves cabinet installation space and simplifies retrofitting of existing generator control panels. This synchroniser is widely used for standalone power stations, emergency backup power systems and marine main and auxiliary generator parallel control.
