Technical Features
1. Signal processing
Receive signals from electric speed sensors (such as PR926X series) with an input voltage range of -5V to+15V DC
Provide 0-8mA boost coil current for each sensor, compensate for sensor mechanical settling, and improve measurement accuracy
Frequency measurement range: 5Hz to 1600Hz
2. Output configuration
Eigenvalue output: Two channels of 4-20mA or 0-20mA current output, corresponding to the vibration measurement results of two channels
Dynamic signal output: Two channels of 0-20Vpp signals (peak to peak), used for spectrum analysis and fault diagnosis
Alarm output: Each channel provides independent alarm and hazard relay outputs (normally open/normally closed optional)
Channel normal indication: Display the working status through three methods: indicator light, relay output, and software interface
3. Protection function
Limit multiplier: temporarily increase the alarm threshold in special operating conditions such as equipment exceeding critical speed to avoid false triggering
Alarm hold: The alarm status is locked and needs to be manually reset to prevent short-term interference from causing misjudgment
Comprehensive self inspection: Continuously monitor the status of modules and sensors, lock alarm output and indicate faults when abnormalities are found.
