1. Pre-Installation Preparation

Verify that the installation surface is flat, clean, and capable of supporting the product’s weight (≥ 2.5kg load-bearing capacity). Remove any debris, oil, or moisture from the mounting area to prevent instability.

Check the product and accompanying accessories for damage or missing parts (e.g., mounting brackets, screws, wiring harnesses) before installation. Do not proceed if any components are defective—contact the supplier for replacement.

2. Mounting Instructions

Use the specified mounting hardware (M5 stainless steel screws) to secure the unit. Drill pilot holes (diameter: 4.2mm) at the designated mounting points (spacing: 80mm × 60mm) to avoid damaging the installation surface or the product casing.

Torque the mounting screws to 1.2-1.5 N·m. Over-tightening may deform the casing or internal components, while under-tightening can cause loosening during operation.

Ensure the product is installed in a vertical orientation (±5° deviation allowed) to maintain proper heat dissipation and functional stability. Avoid inverted or tilted mounting that blocks ventilation slots.

3. Electrical Connection Guidelines

Prior to wiring, disconnect the main power supply to prevent electric shock. Confirm that the power supply voltage (AC 220V ±10% or DC 24V ±5%, depending on the model) matches the product’s rated voltage.

Use shielded cables (minimum cross-sectional area: 0.75mm²) for signal and power connections to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI). Keep power cables and signal cables separated by at least 10cm to avoid signal distortion.

Tighten terminal screws to 0.8-1.0 N·m. Ensure wire strands are fully inserted into terminals and secured—loose connections may cause arcing or overheating.

Connect the ground terminal (marked “PE”) to a reliable earth ground (ground resistance ≤ 4Ω) to ensure electrical safety and system stability.
