This inverter accepts three-phase AC input voltage ranging from 380V to 480V, 50/60Hz, with allowable voltage fluctuation of -15% to +10%. Under Normal Duty rating, the rated output current reaches 103A for 55kW motor matching; under Heavy Duty rating, the rated output current is 91A supporting 45kW motor. It provides overload capacity of 120% for 60 seconds under ND mode and 150% for 60 seconds under HD mode.
Multiple control modes are available including V/f control, open-loop vector control, closed-loop vector control and sensorless PM motor control. It delivers full torque output at zero speed without encoder for permanent magnet motors, and supports advanced auto-tuning including offline and online motor parameter identification to optimize drive performance dynamically.
The allowable operating ambient temperature ranges from -10°C to +40°C under continuous operation, with relative humidity between 5% and 95% non-condensing. The standard protection class is IP20 for cabinet installation, and it cannot be deployed directly in open hazardous environments without proper enclosure.
Built-in Safe Torque Off (STO) safety function meets international machinery safety standards, effectively reducing external safety circuit costs. It supports Memobus / Modbus communication protocol, and can be extended with optional communication cards for Profibus, Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet and other industrial bus connections to connect with PLC and upper-level control systems.
Comprehensive fault detection functions cover overcurrent, overvoltage, undervoltage, overload, overheat, output short circuit and motor abnormal monitoring. The circuit board adopts anti-corrosive conformal coating option to adapt to dusty and humid industrial environments.
The hardware complies with CE, UL industrial EMC standards. The drive supports energy-saving control algorithms to lower power consumption during partial load operation. Hot swap operation is prohibited; all input power must be disconnected before wiring, maintenance or disassembly to avoid component damage and safety risks. Standard digital and analog input/output terminals reserve flexible access for external sensors, switches and auxiliary control devices to realize customized interlock and automatic control logic.
