HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE ALERT
- De-energize rack (PN: 3500/15) before module insertion/removal
- Ground probe cables prior to connection (ESD rating: HBM Class 3B)

Grounding Protocol:
- Connect chassis to station ground (≤2mΩ resistance)
- Single-point shield termination at TB5
- Maintain 50mm separation from AC power lines
Commissioning Sequence
Step 1: Gap Voltage Verification
1. Power ON rack (Observe 3-min warmup)
2. Measure at TB4:
• Cold Gap: -10V ±0.5V (Typical)
• Running Gap: -12V to -16V
3. Deviation > ±5% requires probe recalibration
Step 2: Dynamic Calibration
> cal_start 3500/62 ch1
• Apply 80µm p-p @ 1kHz via TK-3E simulator
> set_gain 4.0 mV/µm (API 670 Table 4)
> cal_verify tolerance=1.5%
Step 3: Alarm Thresholds

Preventive Maintenance

- Clean backplane connector (Isopropyl alcohol)

3. Lifetime:
- Capacitor replacement at 50,000 hrs (C101-C104)
