ARND-4045B Operation Guide
This operation guide provides detailed instructions for the correct installation, operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the ARND-4045B. Please read this guide carefully before use to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment.
1. Preparation for Installation
1.1 Environmental Requirements
1. Ambient Temperature: Keep the installation environment at -10 °C to +40 °C. Avoid installing the equipment in direct sunlight or near heat sources (such as heaters, furnaces) to prevent overheating.
2. Humidity: The relative humidity should be between 10% RH and 85% RH (non-condensing). Do not install in damp or dusty areas to avoid short circuits or component damage.
3. Ventilation: Ensure the installation location has good ventilation to facilitate heat dissipation of the equipment. The distance between the equipment and surrounding objects should be at least 10 cm.

1.2 Tools and Accessories Preparation
Before installation, please confirm that the following tools and accessories are complete:
1. ARND-4045B main unit
2. Power cable (1 set)
3. Signal cable (as per configuration)
4. Mounting bracket and screws (1 set)
5. Screwdriver (crosshead and flathead, prepared by user)
6. Wire stripper (prepared by user)
2. Installation Steps
2.1 Fix the Mounting Bracket
– Mark the drilling positions on the installation surface according to the hole spacing of the mounting bracket.
– Drill holes at the marked positions and insert expansion bolts (if necessary).
– Fix the mounting bracket to the installation surface with screws.
2.2 Install the Main Unit
– Align the mounting slots of the ARND-4045B main unit with the mounting bracket.
– Push the main unit along the bracket until it is firmly fixed. Ensure the unit does not shake.
2.3 Connect Cables
– Power Cable Connection: Insert one end of the power cable into the power interface of the main unit, and the other end into a qualified power socket. Ensure the power voltage matches the equipment’s rated voltage.
– Signal Cable Connection: According to the wiring diagram (attached to the product), insert the signal cable into the corresponding signal interface. Tighten the locking screws to prevent poor contact.

3. Power On and Power Off Operations
3.1 Power On Operation
1. Check again that all cables (power cable, signal cable) are correctly and firmly connected.
2. Turn on the power switch of the ARND-4045B (located on the front/top panel of the unit).
3. Observe the indicator lights on the panel: the power indicator (POWER) should be steadily on, indicating that the equipment is powered on normally.
4. Wait for the equipment to complete the self-check (about 3-5 seconds). The self-check indicator (SELF-CHECK) will turn off after the self-check is passed.
3.2 Power Off Operation
1. Before shutting down, ensure that the equipment is not in the process of data processing or task execution. If necessary, save the relevant data first.
2. Turn off the power switch of the ARND-4045B.
3. Unplug the power cable from the power socket (optional, only required for long-term shutdown or maintenance).
4. Basic Operations
4.1 Parameter Setting
– Press the “MENU” key on the panel to enter the parameter setting interface.
– Use the “UP” and “DOWN” keys to select the parameter to be set, and press the “OK” key to confirm.
– Adjust the parameter value with the “UP” and “DOWN” keys, then press the “OK” key to save the setting. Press the “ESC” key to exit the parameter setting interface without saving.
4.2 Status Monitoring
– The ARND-4045B has a built-in status monitoring function. After power on, the panel display will show real-time operating status (such as output voltage, current, working mode).
– If an abnormal status occurs, the corresponding fault indicator will light up, and the display will show the fault code (for details, refer to the Troubleshooting section).
