ABB AO2000 Gas Analyzer Testing Methodology

Applicable Models: AO2000 Series (Software Version ≥3.0)


1. Pre-Test Preparation

1.1 Safety Compliance

  • Verify grounding resistance ≤4Ω and insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500V DC)
  • Confirm purge gas supply (N₂/Ar) pressure at 2-5 bar with flow rate ≥20 L/min
  • Wear ESD-protective gear when handling electronic modules

1.2 System Initialization

1. Power sequence: - Activate main breaker → Enable 24V DC control circuit → Start display unit 2. Warm-up duration: - IR detectors (Limas11/Uras14): ≥60 mins - Electrochemical cells (Magnos17): ≥30 mins 3. Perform auto-diagnostic via [System] → [Self-Test]
