Applicable Models: AO2000 Series (Software Version ≥3.0)
1. Pre-Test Preparation
1.1 Safety Compliance
- Verify grounding resistance ≤4Ω and insulation resistance ≥100MΩ (500V DC)
- Confirm purge gas supply (N₂/Ar) pressure at 2-5 bar with flow rate ≥20 L/min
- Wear ESD-protective gear when handling electronic modules
1.2 System Initialization
