It is specifically designed for high-accuracy surface profile and dimensional measurement tasks, widely applied in high-tech fields such as semiconductor manufacturing, optical component fabrication and precision engineering, providing reliable and high-precision data support for critical production and quality control processes.
Note:
Before starting the operation, ensure that the equipment is in a normal standby state, and all safety protection devices are intact and effective. Operators must wear appropriate personal protective equipment and be familiar with the basic structure and performance of the equipment.


1. Power-on Preparation:
Connect the power supply of the 660-00034-01 ZYGO equipment to a stable power source that meets the specified voltage and frequency requirements. Check whether the power indicator light is on normally; if not, troubleshoot the power connection in time.
2. System Initialization:
Press the “Power On” button on the operation panel to start the equipment system. Wait for the system to complete self-check. During the self-check process, observe the display screen for error prompts. If an error occurs, record the error code and handle it according to the fault handling manual. If the self-check is passed, the system will enter the main operation interface.
3. Parameter Setting:
On the main interface, select the “Parameter Setting” option through the touch screen or operation buttons. Input or adjust the relevant parameters according to the operation requirements (including but not limited to measurement range, precision level, and working mode). After setting, confirm the parameters to ensure they are consistent with the actual operation needs.
4. Workpiece Installation:
Open the equipment’s workpiece chamber or fixture according to the specified operation method. Clean the fixture and the surface of the workpiece to avoid impurities affecting the operation effect. Place the workpiece in the correct position of the fixture, ensuring that the workpiece is firmly fixed without looseness. Close the workpiece chamber or fixture and confirm that it is locked in place.
5. Start Operation:
Return to the main operation interface, check all settings again to ensure no mistakes. Press the “Start” button to initiate the operation process. During the operation, closely monitor the equipment’s running status, including the operation sound, display data, and workpiece position. Do not touch the moving parts of the equipment at will.
6. Process Monitoring:
In the process of equipment operation, the system will automatically display real-time operation data on the screen. Operators need to record the key data at regular intervals as required. If abnormal data or equipment failure is found, press the “Emergency Stop” button immediately to stop the equipment, and then carry out fault diagnosis and treatment after ensuring safety.
7. Operation Completion:
After the equipment completes the preset operation task, it will automatically stop running, and the completion prompt will be displayed on the screen. Wait for the equipment to be in a completely static state, then open the workpiece chamber or fixture, take out the workpiece gently, and check the workpiece status.
8. Shutdown Process:
After taking out the workpiece, clean the fixture and the internal area of the equipment to remove debris and dust. Return to the main interface, press the “Shutdown” button to turn off the system. After the system is completely shut down, disconnect the power supply of the equipment, and close the relevant valves or switches if there are any. Finally, sort out the operation records and tools to ensure the work site is tidy.
