一、 Pre-Operation Preparation

二、 Coupler Installation
2.1 Cleaning of Components

3. After the no-load test is normal, gradually apply the load according to the operating requirements, and continue to monitor the coupler’s operation status, including temperature, vibration, and noise.
4. During the operation process, regularly inspect the coupler and its fasteners. If looseness, wear, or damage is found, handle it in a timely manner.
五、Shutdown and Maintenance
1. When shutting down, stop the load first, then turn off the drive device, and wait for the coupler to stop completely.
2. After shutdown, clean the surface of the coupler with a clean cloth to remove dust and debris.
3. Regularly maintain the coupler according to ZYGO’s maintenance recommendations: check the wear of the coupler components, apply lubricant as required, and replace damaged parts in a timely manner.
