- Inspect terminal torque: 0.6 Nm ±0.05 Nm (AWG 22-12)

Wiring Configuration
Channel 1 (Analog Input):
TB1-1: +24V DC (Shielded Pair Red)
TB1-2: Signal+ (Twisted Pair White)
TB1-3: Signal- (Twisted Pair Blue)
TB1-4: Shield/Ground (Chassis GND Star Point)
Channel 2 (Analog Output):
TB2-5: +Exc (To Actuator+)
TB2-6: -Exc (To Actuator-)
TB2-7: SENSE+ (Remote Feedback+)
TB2-8: SENSE- (Remote Feedback-)
Critical: Maintain 50mm separation between input/output wiring bundles
Power-Up Sequence

Apply 24V DC power (Pins TB3-9/TB3-10)

Observe LED states:
LED Normal State Fault Indication PWR (Green) Solid Off – Check L1/L2 fuses CH1 (Yellow) Flashing 1Hz Solid – Input overrange CH2 (Red) Off Flashing – Loop break -
Allow 90s initialization (Watchdog timer reset required if >120s)
Calibration Procedure
Input Calibration (Channel 1):
1. Apply 4mA reference source
- Send MODBUS command: 0x06 0x03 0x00 0x5A 0x00 0x01
2. Apply 20mA reference source
- Send MODBUS command: 0x06 0x03 0x00 0x5B 0x07 0xFF
3. Validate linearity:
- Command: 0x03 0x03 0x00 0x41 0x00 0x02
- Expect ±0.1% FS deviation
Output Calibration (Channel 2):
1. Force 0% output:
- Write 0x0000 to Holding Register 40002
- Measure 4.00mA ±0.05mA
2. Force 100% output:
- Write 0x2710 to Holding Register 40002
- Measure 20.00mA ±0.08mA
