Mechanical Installation
Step 1: Process Connection
1. Mount via 1/2" NPT female process port
2. Apply thread sealant:
• Permabond A136 (PTFE-free) for gas service
• Loctite 577 for liquid media
3. Tightening torque: 40 ±5 N·m
4. Orientation: Sensing element downward (↓) to prevent condensate pooling

Calibration Sequence
1. Apply 90% setpoint pressure
2. Adjust setpoint screw until contacts change state
3. Verify deadband:
- ↑ Increasing pressure: Contact at SP
- ↓ Decreasing pressure: Contact at (SP - 15%)
4. Seal adjustment screw with torque seal compound
