Every relay integrated into the 4-Channel Relay Module is equipped with built-in Alarm Drive Logic.
The programming of the Alarm Drive Logic leverages basic AND and OR logical operations. It can incorporate a range of input signals, including alarming inputs (such as Alert and Danger statuses), Not-OK signals, or individual PPLs (Per-Point Logic) derived from any monitor channel within the rack—either a single monitor channel or a combination of multiple monitor channels.
To tailor the Alarm Drive functionality to specific application requirements, users can utilize the 3500 Rack Configuration Software for programming.

Operation
Each of the four relays (one for each channel) features a switch-selectable configuration, allowing users to set them to either Normally Deenergized or Normally Energized mode.
