The 125680-01 Proximitor Monitor is a four channel monitoring device with core functions including receiving input signals from Bently Nevada proximity sensors, conditioning the signals to output various vibration and position measurement data, and comparing the conditioned signals with user programmable alarm values to achieve real-time monitoring and warning.
Through the 3500 Rack Configuration Software, users can program each channel of the 125680-01 to achieve any of the following monitoring functions:
Radial vibration
Eccentricity
Rotor Bearing Acceleration Monitoring (REBAM)
Thrust Position
Differential Expansion

2、 Core purpose
The main functions of the 125680-01 Proximitor Monitor are focused on two dimensions: device protection and information supply, as follows:
Mechanical equipment protection: By continuously comparing monitoring parameters with configured alarm thresholds, triggering corresponding alarm mechanisms, timely warning of equipment abnormalities, and avoiding the expansion of faults.
Key information provision: Provide core data on equipment operation status for operators and equipment maintenance personnel, supporting operational decision-making and maintenance plan formulation.
In addition, depending on the different configurations of the channels, each channel typically conditions the input signal to generate various parameters called “static values”. Users can configure “alert setpoints” for each activated static value and select two “danger setpoints” from the activated static values.
