Main Functions
The kit provides direct man-machine interface access to all channel control cards installed inside System 57 racks. Operators can configure key parameters such as gas measurement ranges, A1/A2 alarm setpoints, STEL and LTEL threshold values via the interface. It supports real-time reading of live sensor measurement data, loop fault status, card self-check results and historical event records for troubleshooting gas detector wiring failures or module abnormalities. Calibration triggers can be activated through this interface to perform zero and span calibration procedures for catalytic bead and 4–20 mA gas detectors. It enables system inhibit, remote reset function configuration and relay output timing parameter adjustment for multi-stage alarm logic. The compact plug-and-play structure allows quick insertion and extraction during live maintenance without powering down the entire rack system. As a necessary service spare part, it guarantees consistent parameter configuration compatibility during replacement of faulty control cards and ensures the gas safety monitoring system maintains original protection performance specifications.
