- Dielectric grease (Honeywell PN: HG-12)

Installation Steps

Step 1: Mechanical Mounting

1. Align actuator shaft with valve stem (max. offset tolerance: ±0.1mm). 2. Secure using 4x M12 bolts (torque: 8.5 Nm ±0.5 Nm). 3. Verify free rotation (resistance ≤1.5 Nm via torque gauge).

Step 2: Electrical Connection

Critical Note:

Apply thread sealant (Loctite 243) on mounting bolts if vibration >5G (IEC 60068-2-6).

Commissioning Procedure

Power-On Test
- Ramp voltage from 0V to 24V DC over 10s (inrush current ≤2A).
- Check LED status:
  - Green solid: Normal operation
  - Red flashing: Overload fault (reset via TB1-4 short to ground)
Stroke Calibration
a. Send 50% command signal (12mA) → measure stroke at 50% ±2%. b. Adjust potentiometer P1 if deviation >2%.
